Call for Papers
Deadline for the submission of abstracts: May 18, 2025
Abstracts with a length of 500 – 1000 words and the specification of the topical domain must be submitted via the electronic system Easy Chair. After notification of acceptance, authors have the possibility to submit a full paper covering 4 – 6 pages which will undergo a peer-review process and will be published as GMM-Fachbericht by VDE publishing house and visible at IEEE Xplore. Abstracts can be submitted in German or English, full papers must be submitted in English.
An award will be given to the best presentation.

Submission of your full Paper for the Proceedings
Please submit your final paper by September 15, 2025.
The length of the final version should not exceed six pages. Contributions can be submitted in English or German language. English contributions will be made available via IEEE Xplore. Contributions for presentations and posters will be treated equally in the proceedings - both are going to be published as a GMM-Fachbericht by VDE Verlag.
When preparing your contribution, please refrain from advertising content and pure product presentations. The content presented should reflect the character of a scientific conference. Slide collections will not be accepted as contributions to conference proceedings.
